Encounter Preferences
You can enable reminders to show you that you are offline or leaving an encounter open.
To change your Encounter Preferences, from the Vision Anywhere Home screen, select Options 
and choose Settings.
See User Preferences for details.
Use the slider On/Off options to show/hide encounter reminders.
Note - This is a user specific setting. The default setting for these options is on for all users.
It is important to synchronise the updated consultations, otherwise the data will deleted after 30 days.

- Offline Encounters - You are prompted that you are offline and the encounter will be saved when a connection is re-established.
- Open Encounters - You are prompted when leaving an encounter open, that it has not been closed and will not be uploaded to the patient record.
Note - Open encounters are saved on your device and cannot be accessed from any other setting.
